The PCE-G28 Gauss Meter for magnetic fields comes with a triaxle sensor to determine electro-magnetic radiation. The Gauss Meter has been specially designed to measure transformers and for evaluating magnetic fields generated by computer monitors, industrial electrical installations and electro-motors. 

The Gauss Meter meets such European standards as: the European Union Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive IEC 801-1 ( EN 50081-1) , such as for laboratory prescriptions and measuring instruments IEC 204 ( EN 60204) . The Radiation meter PCE-MFM 3000 is suitable for measurements in both static fields and dynamic fields. Therefore, the Radiation meter is ideal for checking for example magnetic valves or relays. The Radiation meter PCE-MFM 3000 is especially important in the industrial sector because there should be a cotrol if a valve works properly or even if a relay switches. 

The Radiation meter PCE-MFM 3000 measures the magnetic field created through the housing. In this way, there will be no need to open the housing, which allows you to check quickly and accurately the operation. Due to the fact that the probe tip is flat, the outer probe of the Radiation meter can be introducedin small gaps. This is very convenient when measuring air-core transformers. 

The Radiation meter also serves to explain and demonstrate the behavior of a magnetic field, because due to the numeric indication, an increase or decrease in field strength can be very well detected.
